I ran away from teaching to the country to grow veggies. There are also some chooks and a pair of troublesome goats who were so much trouble they had to go! My simple green life isn't always as simple or as green as I'd like...but I keep trying!

Obsession

Take a Mattahorn of plain flour...

Add one fresh egg per 100 gms flour


Knead, knead, knead and pass through the pasta maker

Yum!

  4. Oh Hazel - we are connected, I was just thumbing through some junk mail and this week Aldi have a pasta maker machine thingy for only $9.99!! I am so excited, I might even line up for it :)

    That curtain of pasta at the end there just looks fabulous... and... is that you up there?

  5. As well as the pasta machine you need something to hang the pasta on... We used to use the clothes-airer!
    Like everyone else, I want to know if that picture is of you.
