My photo
Australia
I ran away from teaching to the country to grow veggies. There are also some chooks and a pair of troublesome goats who were so much trouble they had to go! My simple green life isn't always as simple or as green as I'd like...but I keep trying!

Lunch

More lovely visitors and more lovely food.  I should have taken a photo of the pavlova with strawberries but had to eat it.  I only managed a photo of the pretty salad.
Leaves and radishes from the wheelbarrows
with a few beans thrown in.

  1. The photo of the wheelbarrows under the title is an old one...they are overflowing with salad now. TRULY barrow loads of green.

  2. Love your blog! The wheelbarrow planters are too cute-a useful way to re-use or re-purpose! After visiting your site, I'm missing sunny warm days even more :)

  3. You might have paused for a second for the photo of the Pav, especially since I didn't get round to doing one for Christmas!Unbridled pav lust, you need to watch that!
Have a fun day - goats? chooks?

  7. That's just the sort of enticing picture I need to see on a very cold winter's morning! Salad that has been imported tastes of nothing, so I'm stuck with what's seasonal - roots and taters, Brussels sprouts and cabbage!

  8. Summer epitomised in one photo!
I could do with a barrowload of salad right now...
