Mmmm! Maybe some oven dried tomatoes
and some pasta sauce for the freezer
are on the cards.

- I ran away from teaching to the country to grow veggies. There are also some chooks and a pair of troublesome goats who were so much trouble they had to go! My simple green life isn't always as simple or as green as I'd like...but I keep trying!

ReplyDeleteAny harvest like that is a long way off for me - I haven't even some the seeds yet. But, my time will come...
ReplyDeleteSo glad to see someone one there is having a good tomato harvest, although I must admit I am terribly envious! I had grand plans for tomato relish and sauces this summer, and the tomato plants were doing wonderfully well until...The weather turned terribly humid and all the plants got wilt and died. :(
