Do you think there is such a thing as, Bloggmania?
If there is, I think I have it.
I have started ANOTHER blog...that makes three.
This one is a pedestrian,
kitchen garden variety -
listing what I plant and when.
If you are interested
(and I don't expect anyone to be),
there is a link in the side bar to:
I would love to keep a record
of harvests too...but all that
weighing just weighs me down!
Maybe next year.
Hazel, I have enough trouble keeping up one blog. Good on you.
ReplyDeleteYeah but, no but, yeah but..I'm only going to post on here regularly!
ReplyDeleteIt seems to be contagious too. But perhaps its a benign affliction - like the "Noble Rot" botyritis maybe?
ReplyDeleteBlogomania - go for it! Like Missy, I have trouble keeping up one blog. And... I don't know how bloggers manage to post every day (good on em!) By the way, your tomatoes in your last post look absolutely scrumptious-delicious. Happy New Year! Kelli.
ReplyDeleteillness yea, goodness definitely!
ReplyDeleteIf you've got the inspiration for 3 go for it.
ReplyDeleteWell why not? :) Are you going to concentrate on ornamental plants on this blog instead, and vegetable plants on the other blog?
ReplyDeleteBe careful Hazel I think you are heading for blog post burnout. Especially if you take on too many blogs and demand of yourself too many posts. It is better to post when you have something to post about then post for the sake of posting IMHO.
ReplyDeleteThe pictures you take are always amazing!
At one point I had 5 blogs, but only ever truly posting at 2 of them at a time. I streamlined last year and now just have the one... and a Facebook page!
ReplyDeleteJournals are a great way to keep things in order, just that bloggers journals happen to be online, for the world to read!
Never fear , I am not going to try to blog every day on three blogs! This one is still the main blog and will have all the usual stuff.
ReplyDeleteMark and Gaz, I am not going 'ornamental' ...I only plant food plants with the occasional helpful flower thrown in.
The Greenhouse blog exists because Daniel from Fat Fruit Greenhouses has a link on his web site to it. I didn't want the link to come here with all the other rubbish I go on with. I only post on the Greenhouse Blog once a week and usually do a double up here on Hazel Dene.
The third blog is really only for me. I just want to document everything I plant over the year. I will only be posting on that when I plant something.
No No No. You should weigh your produce this year. I am going to try and grow 2,000 lbs! You should too. :)
