Hi Hazel I never heard of lazy housewife beans unusual name are they slow growers? That stir-fry looks really good I try to eat a lot of vegetables I think I must get my wok out more. By the way I love your heading photos.
lazy housewife beans are a green climbing bean. I think they get their name from being so easy to grow. They are prolific and the beans, even if you miss them and they are quite large, are tender and stringless. Highly recommended.
Yum, looks delicious enough to dive into. Please ask the cook for a recipe, pretty please.
Title for the photo: "Bio-Diversity"!Re the Lazy Housewife beans - are they technically a variety of Climbing French bean?
