I ran away from teaching to the country to grow veggies. There are also some chooks and a pair of troublesome goats who were so much trouble they had to go! My simple green life isn't always as simple or as green as I'd like...but I keep trying!
Hi Hazel I never heard of lazy housewife beans unusual name are they slow growers? That stir-fry looks really good I try to eat a lot of vegetables I think I must get my wok out more. By the way I love your heading photos.
lazy housewife beans are a green climbing bean. I think they get their name from being so easy to grow. They are prolific and the beans, even if you miss them and they are quite large, are tender and stringless. Highly recommended.
Yummy how nice food looks when it is so colourful.
Hazel if you send me your email address I can send you some gorgeous pictures from National Geographic that my cousin sent me, there is the most cute pictures of some goats I thought you might like. x jeanette
