I love the way beans and peas reach and twine, don't you? Beans have non-slip, raspy tendrils so they can grip as they wind their way skyward. They sort of hook their leaves through any trellis you give them too.
Peas seem to have little hands that grab whatever they touch.
The chooks heard me mention I was doing a post about Twinings and came knocking at the front door expecting afternoon tea.
This nervous looking bug thought he WAS afternoon tea...but I let him go.
Great photo of the bug. Looks as if he's wearing specs. Is he a cricket?? If so, perhaps HE would like the Twinings (between inningss of course)...

I just have a Canon Ixus 105, compact point and shoot camera. No special lens although it does have a macro feature. I have to perservere and take many shots because it is auto focus and it sometimes focusses on the background. The trick is in the editing. I use the software that is in i-photo. I crop them and I am able to sharpen the focus, strengthen the colours, and adjust the exposure. Wish I did have a snazzy camera.
