Wherever I go I seem to see things that keep me thinking about
my planned outdoor kitchen.

This one isn't kitchen inspiration...just a nice bit of design. |
Today I am taking part in Rhonda's 'On My Mind' ...a Friday photo feature that anyone can join in. It opens the way to sharing our thoughts and gives a way for us to discover more about each other. You can join in too. Just write a post about what is on your mind and link it to Rhonda's post over at Down to Earth.
Your kitchen is going to be so cool Hazel.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are living the dream. Great photos, hope the kitchen works out just the way you envisage it to be.
ReplyDeleteall these pictures inspire me so much and they make me think and rethink how I want to use the spaces we create here too..whats behind those doors to the building off the pizza shop ? is it an indoor or an outdoor space?I am in love with the old barn rustic look for an out door area..later I'll post a couple pics of a building that makes me think of outdoor eating,I think you would like it too.
ReplyDeleteI am visiting through the link-up also :) Wow, an outdoor kitchen sounds fantastic. Like, 'eternal vacation' :)
ReplyDeleteI wish you all the best building it!
Blessings,

I'm glad you like the bridge. We had fun designing it in the office. Especially when we were wading through the creek to find the best alignments!
ReplyDeleteThe wavy bars were a nightmare though! We had to design each bar curve radius spacing so that kids couldn't get their heads stuck!
They blend well into the surroundings. The rust colour is actually a paint by Porters. If you want any information for your kitchen, let me know. It's great for making new look old. You can also get copper paint which is really cool if it’s applied well...
Can't wait to see the final product! This is also one of my dreams - particularly a pizza oven outside...
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
I think half the fun in a project is the planning, love your idea of all things rustic.
