It is made from a recycled chenille bedspread and some scrap material I had so it fits in with my aim to live sustainably.
- Hazel
- Australia
- I ran away from teaching to the country to grow veggies. There are also some chooks and a pair of troublesome goats who were so much trouble they had to go! My simple green life isn't always as simple or as green as I'd like...but I keep trying!

Winter pursuits
I have set up a sewing and craft room to keep me busy on the cold days and evenings. Having decided not to have television (although there is a TV and a Blu Ray player for DVDs) I find there is lots of time for other activities. This is the first creation which is for a grandchild.

He's fabulous Hazel, although a bit scarey.
ReplyDeleteHe has character and is a little quirky...not scary at all in the flesh. However, he was intended for a yet to be born granddaughter. I think her big brother may get this one and a I will make a smaller, more cheerful one for her.
ReplyDeleteI did say scarey which is not as frightening as scary. LOL
