This time it is Fig Jam and Fig and Ginger Jam. I am dreaming of the day when our little tree produces figs. Until then I have to be satisfied with bought figs from a local grower.
One kilo of figs makes three of these small jars.

Not ' Burnt Fig Jam' this time? You will have to have a stall at a local farmers' market cause you can't possibly eat all the yummy preserves you are making.
